Recovery Rate:	Excellent, due to its high sod strength and rapid re-growth.
Leaf Pattern:	Short internode length - meaning high sod strength.
Fertiliser after Installation:	Scotts Lawn Builder or Soil Conditioner available from Greenacres Turf Farm
Preparation Before for Best Results:	Loosen the soil with a rotary or spade to a depth of 50-75mm
Watering:	Immediately after laying or fertiliser application. Once established, deep infrequent watering
