Office Manager
An opportunity has become available for an experienced office manager at Greenacres Turf Farm, Serpentine.
Responsibilities
It will be your responsibility to ensure that the administration team runs smoothly, and assist with all senior administration tasks as required.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-

First contact for Administrative issues;

Customer Service - fielding customer inquiries;

Managing and development of staff;
-
Broad accounting responsibilities, including: accounts payable, BAS returns, bank reconciliation, monthly financial reports.
Experience
-
You MUST have extensive experience as an office manager and administration assistant;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
-
Friendly and positive work attitude is a must
-
Highly competent with the Microsoft Office programs.

MYOB experience desirable, although not essential
-
This role requires a high level of professionalism and time management skills.
Salary
$50,000 plus Superannuation
Productivity Bonus additional

Farm Staff
Due to our continuing expansion, we may be requiring additional farm staff to join our team in coming months.
We encourage you to register your interest if you possess some or all of the following skills:
- HC Drivers License
- HR Drivers License
- Forklift and Tractor Experience
Preference will be given to applicants with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You will be required to have your own transport, and a current C Class Drivers License.
Permanency will be offered following a successful probationary period.
We employ people of all ages, and training will be provided as required.
