Greenacres Turf Farm prides itself in being able to offer our customers a quality turf supply service, and efficient delivery systems for when you want your quality turf product delivered.

As fantastic as this appears, we do have some guidelines which you will need to consider when making the decision to purchase your turf.

We generally deliver turf in either a Tautliner truck, or a heavy payload semi-trailer.  Although these vehicles are equipped with off-road forklifts, you need to make sure that access for our trucks (in terms of getting in and out of your street) is easily manageable.

As a general rule, we are not allowed to 'enter' a property without written permission from the owner.

This means that we place your turf on the verge or front edge of your property.  Therefore, if you need your turf dropped at another location on your property, we need easy access, and written authority to do so.  If you do not provide us with prior written authority, we will simply place your turf at the usual location.

If we do have permission to access your property to drop your turf, we are not liable for any damage that may occur as a result.

If your order can fit adequately within these guidelines, then we will happily deliver your turf to your 'door' - and on time!
